HairMage is a comprehensive salon management platform that provides:

• AI-powered hair color recommendations
• Appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Client database and visit history tracking
• Business analytics and reporting
• Staff management and scheduling tools
• Cloud-based data synchronization

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

HairMage offers multiple subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Basic features with limitations
• Salon Pro: $7.99/month with enhanced features
• Salon Master: $19.99/month with full features

Billing occurs monthly or annually based on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates that may temporarily affect service access. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance whenever possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

HairMage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The HairMage service, including its software, algorithms, design, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without explicit written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
